For our property investors, Icon is a full service property manager.  This service includes, finding income producing properties, attaining non-owner occupied financing, finding qualified renters, overseeing construction or renovations, collecting rents and paying bills, and selling the home.  This is the first of its kind, property management for the individual real estate investor.

CREDIT REPAIR AND COUNSELING

Icon will repair our clients credit to assure the best possible financing.  We will then counsel our clients to maintain their healthy credit.  We will never deny somebody the option to own a home.
